Service Description
Take your candle-making skills to the next level with personalized, one-on-one coaching in your own workspace. I’ll come directly to your home or studio anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley to help you troubleshoot challenges, improve your techniques, and build confidence in your candle-making process. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your products, each session is tailored to your specific goals and questions. During your session, we can cover: * Wick selection and burn performance * Fragrance load and scent throw * Pouring temperatures and techniques * Frosting, sinkholes, and other common issues * Wax and wick troubleshooting * Production workflow and consistency * Product testing and quality improvement * General candle-making questions and guidance My expertise is centered on Golden Brands 464 Soy Wax and ECO wicks, but candle makers using other waxes and wick series are welcome. The principles of proper testing, troubleshooting, and candle performance apply across many candle-making systems. Cancellation Policy
By booking a Candle Coaching session, you agree to the following terms. These policies apply to all services unless otherwise stated in the specific service description. Scheduling & Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your session details, including time, date, and access instructions (for video or phone sessions). Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule within the allowed window, you may do so directly through your confirmation email or by contacting us. Late Arrivals A grace period of 10 minutes is provided for all sessions. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. If more than 10 minutes pass without contact, the session may be marked as a no-show. No-Shows No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Session Format Video sessions are conducted via the platform link provided after booking Phone sessions will be initiated at the number provided at checkout Please ensure you are in a quiet, stable environment for the duration of your session. Scope of Coaching Candle Coaching sessions are educational and creative guidance sessions focused on candle and wax melt making techniques, formulation support, troubleshooting, and business insight. These sessions are not a certification program and do not guarantee specific results or product outcomes. Materials & Preparation If your session includes wax melt or candle guidance, please come prepared with any relevant materials, notes, or questions. Some sessions may include pre-session instructions listed in the service description. Respectful Communication We reserve the right to end a session early without refund if disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior occurs. Recording Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly stated in the service description and agreed upon in advance. Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
